    Beginner in the area...

    I'm probably going to do another cycle of AS before getting into IGF-1 or HGH, but I was wondering what you all would recommend for someone that is wanting to bulk. I'm lean right now, I'm weighing about 160 and after my next cycle, I'm hoping to be around 180. So what doses and product, length would you recommend??

    It's best to pose a cycle and ask to have it critiqued.

    You are basically asking everyone to do your homework for you.So with that said,I recommend you research.

    I see where you're coming from. It's just that I've been told for bulking on IGF-1 I'd want to run it for a minimum of 9 months, I've heard 2 months on 1 month off, I've heard 3iu's a day I've heard 5 iu's a day. As for HGH, I've not even looked into it yet.

    Bulk is a broad term but when i hear it I think of putting on some serious size. You wont get any of that with GH or IGF. They're both great for certain goals but weighing 160 I would keep searching in the AAS forum.

    according to your profile your 22 years old. way to young to start with hgh/lr3 imo certainly with the stats you have.
