The insulin will transport whatever you consume for I believe up to four hours after injection time. If you don't want it to transport fat I would sya to stay away an have pro/carb meals :)Quote:

I thought that you should eat only enough carbs to keep you form going hypo, and eat a moderate amount of proetin...I was thinking that if you ate too much protein, it would be stored as fat. I am not sure about the EFA's, but I thought fat was fat-all the same, just the EFA offered health benefits.
I would not eat any fats at all while insulin is active,
