i started a thread on this a while back and i switched from post to preworkout. i liked it better. felt like i got better pumps. the next time i do it , i'll do it preworkout.

Are you talking about IGF OR IGF-LR3? If your talking about LR3 why not both? Before you go to work and when you get out of the gym?

you probably should do some research before you just inject shit into your body.... Im sorry but its people like you that give hormones a bad name.
To answer your question IGF-LR3 is usually split into two seperate doses if you are running only 50mcg everyday you probably wont get much out of it.
the generic dose seems to be in between 60-80mcg ED.
so for example you want to run 60mcg ed? it would be 30mcg in the am and 30mcg pre-(post) workout.
