IGF injection pre or post workout?
I have read on another site that the best way to take IGF is to take the first injection at the morning and the second injection 45 minutes post workout.
This sounds strange to me as every one suggests taking the second injection immediately after workout. Have any one tried taking it pre workout? And how the results were comparing to post workout injection?

50mcg or less I say post...
50 or more, split it into two doses....

So do you mean three injections? First at morning, then pre workout, and finally post workout?
