Sorry I haven't been around lately, I've been having back problems and doing a series of epidural steroid shot, that have caused more pain. The reason being, the spinal fluid in that nervous system is a closed system, so when they add the fluid of the injection it causes presser, that has been painful for me. Now that I'm feeling better I'm going in for another one as soon as next week. After all that pain went away, my back does feel a little less painful, then it did before the injection.

So I wanted to let you guys know I'm now flaking out, just going through a procedure on my back. When I'm feeling okay I post, other then that I'm on bed rest.

I know rodge.nl, Gear and RB are holding it down and I appreciate all your help.

I feel your pain JB. I had 4 of the epidurals in my neck. Each injection should help a little more and a little more. Take it easy and let them work. The injections are definately no fun as I'm sure you know but should be well worth it in the long run. Good luck and I hope you do well with them.

been there with the back problems... never went away, but has gotten better threw out the years. Good luck with recovery and dont forget to change your workout to reflect your injury. Ive been doing a modified workout beause of my back for years and im still able to build muscle every where
