ANYWAYS i usually run 6iu GH, but would 2iu GH suffice while im running IGF?

You can get away with 2 iu's if need be.Some guys decrease their dose while running LR3 IGF-1((1)or whatever it really is).I've always kept my HGH the same dose though.It's pretty much a financial decision.Quote:

I've ran LR3 alongside GH several times. My last run consisted of 3.6iu/day and 80mcg a day of LR3. When on the LR3 I dropped my dose down to 2iu/day. Worked well for me at the time but my mind has changed over the past couple of months on LR3. That's why I've saved my comments on questions regarding it.

Use the HGH before bed while on LR3, it can cause a negitive feedback on the HGH pulse, so to be on the sfae side take your HGH before bed, that's tha way I used it
