    post workout slin protecol first timer?

    ok im going to start my first slin protecol (postworkout)
    i would like to have some input(critique)on this.
    first of let me state that im on a test/tren cycle week 6 and wich to get some more benefits from it by adding the slin(novarapid)post workout.
    ok here it goes:

    18:00 im at the gym and about to start my workout,

    20:00 im heading home as fast as posible,

    20:08 inject 4IU into my left bicep

    20:10 40grams of dextrose 7 grams of creatine monohydraat

    20:45 50 grams of whey protein

    21:50 40 grams of NMP carb/protein recovery drink whit mon/di and oligosaccaridden (dont know if this is correct english) for constand energie supply together with 40grams of caseinaat protein(milk protein)

    and always have my dextro energy on hand in case off..

    oats and egss or tuna as long as is doesnt contain anny sort of fat would be ok??

    Can you explain to me what novarapid is? I hope it's not similar to n o v a l i n. With rapid in the title it sounds like a quicker acting slin which would be good.

    Take Pinns advice and go with the whole meal instead on another shake. I prefer a higher glycemic carb with about 50g of solid protein from fish, steak or chicken. Then repeat that same meal about 90 minutes following the first.

    Are you going to be going higher then 4iu PWO?

    Eggwhites/oats are fine.I understand you guys in Europe are have issues eating chicken right now.Rice/fish would be another great option

    Shoot slin, then have your "x" amount of dex + 5 - 10g of glutamine and creatine. (Note: gluta and creatine are there for additional benefits only). 15 min later have your 75g of protein isolate.
