    Slin an HGH timing

    When using both slin ang hgh(and some t3), what
    is best approach...

    Today a take my HGH 2iu right after wakeup.
    And 1iu late afternoon. After workout i shot
    my slin IM.

    But if i want to start taking slin in the morning also.
    Is it a bad idea to take hgh and slin at the same
    time in the morning??

    No,you can do that.But do you want to be a slave to insulin for the next 4 hours?See what I'm getting at?There is no room for error with meals if you take that approach.Are you going to be able to eat the proper meals at work while the slin is active?
    IMO,you can fight catabolism(in the morning) with a simple dextrose/whey shake the minute you jump out of bed,and you don't have to sweat worrying about eating at precise times.

    I see what you mean. I can eat right at work, fat free, tuna and rice.
    But of course it's better without. But what about an ordinary breakfest
    then, oatmeal and skim milk, that wont fight the catabolims
    as good as dex/whey??

    What I do,and many others as well is, we have the shake a soon as we get up.Then have the morning shower,and prepare and eat our normal breakfast.The whey shake will be absorbed immediately,so by the time you get around to eating your breakfast,your body will be ready for a nice solid meal.
