Newbie need help on IGF-1

Hey guys I dont know nothing about igf1, so I need your help.
Lets say that I have 30ml of igf1 lr3 1mg,
For how long will these 30 ml last, lets say that I workout 3 times per week, and whats the dosage that I should use?
And how many ml should I put in a serynge incl the bacteriostatic water?
Please help.

Is 5i.u of igf-1 the same as 50mcg?
Lets say that I want a dosage of 50mcg, I just need to put in the serynge 5iu of igf1 directly from the vial and than add bacteriostatic water and inject?

did you reconstitute it your self?30ml to suspend 1mg is way to much.-rodge

1 ml of solution put in a 1 mg vial will yield 1000 mcgs.I don't recommend BW.The IGF will degrade rapidly(unless it's Igotropin).I'd use AA(acetic acid).If that isn't available, second choice would be BA.
