    Exclamation huIgf1 and IGFBP-3 = ???

Ok maybe I am a bit behind on this one, (but what else is new?)

Apparently the guys at a certain lab are combining huIGF (not lr3) and IGFBP-3.

IGFBP-3 was the binding protien that cause huIGF to have such a short half life, which brought LR3-IGF to be produced.

Now by combining huIGF and IGFBP-3 it s supposed o somehow increase the effectiveness and half life of huIFG well over 12hours. could it be????

Cmon goose, pinnicle I know you smart ass mofo's are reading this chime on in...

I'd like to see the reasoning behind that, binding shortens the half life

OL sells LR3 IGF-1, but what was the reasoning for using it, cause extending the half-life if rhIGF-1 can't be it and if it is, could you cut and paste the reply so I can read it

Longer than that.... Ive been studing and were looking at a 24 hr life spand. So you would have to use less igf-1, and with the igfbp-3

This was in the one thread I'm gonna take a look around and see if I can find something on it. YgPM johnny

Im guessing huIGF cause lr3 was designed to basically work around igfbp-3?!?!

I know its so confusing, thats why I want to find out what they're up to.

yeha , u acan do a pub med search on it, this is going to be th enext weapon in the arsenlaof todays medicine.

IGFBP-3 binds to rh-IGF-1 and prolongues its activity and will release it, when it´s needed, or will slow down metabolic rate of IGF, meaning it will be protected from metabolism by the BP.
