    I've heard it 2 different ways, once a week and twice a week, but if you really want to know why not go to his board

    No reason to be sorry, but it doesn't seem like many people know the in's and out's of his method. It all seem strange to me, the little I've heard.

    samething for me.... all i can say he use 15 grams/unit (fructose) 3 times a day...
