Try to inject the air slowly above the gh itself (in the air portion of the vial). I dont think there will be any problems.

booz, I have been doing it for a year. I inject about 1ml of air into my jin vials and I haven't had any problem. At least the results would suggest that everything with the GH is ok.

I use needle only to release vacuum , then inject water with syringe right next to the needle.

Ahhhhhhhhhhh yes, and there lies the answer. Booz take a needle to somewhat air out the vial.. Then reconstitute as you normally would, there will be no complications with disturbing the lyophilized GH

Why not consciously restrain the plunger and let it slowly suck the water in? I guess releasing the vacuum would be easier..

Vette, that is what I use to do and then one day my hand slipped and the bac water slammed into the powder. After that I started releasing the vaccuum. Just scared me. Those vials cost to much to ruin the product when all I have to do is inject a little air.

    Just my thoughts.

Yea you know what it is, it's just habit. Sometimes people forget to go slowly and just jab it in on an angle and the water shoots in. Then after that took place you remember...............It's always after the fact ya know.

I feel it's just a precaution to vent it. Why not? Takes 2 seconds and no worries. But to each is own.........
