    Longest you've ever ran Slin?

i know that it is the general consesus to run slin 4 weeks on and 4 weeks off

but has anyone run it longer?
for example all the way thru a 12 week cycle and PCT

or is this asking to become diabetic?

The 4 week ON/OFF theory is just a gudieline that we recomend as that way of running insulin seems to satisfy most people as it bringings them results and minimum side effects. Perhaps there is even a better way to run insulin, if there is, then it's beyond my knowledge, but as I said, most people are happy running insulin 4 ON/OFF.

As for running it longer, there has been reports of people running slin longer than 4 weeks, but everybody is different, so you may be able to run slin longer than me and have no sides. So it's all about experimenting and finding what suits you. The unfortunate part about experimenting is that you may come across side effects so be carefull. Once you have found what suits you best, stick to that all the time.

I usually use slin 4 weeks ON/OFF, but I have crossed the 4 week mark by a few weeks (just to see if there is any difference) and to tell you the truth I couldn't tell the difference results wise.

    All the best.

i have gone as far as 6 weeks and by that time i'm always glad that i can stop it and get into a more loose diet schedule. i really time everything to the minute when on slin and this gets kinda tyring at last. but normally i stick to 4/4 with lr3 in between.

No, there is no evidence to substantiate that one would ever become dependent using exogenious insulin .just speculation by people who know not what they speak of. I have yet to hear of any studies or individual personal account of such.

just for the record,Insulin is overhyped, you get the same results using creatine if you ask me.

so why do i use it? because I have it. thats why.Im gonna run out in about 1 week and most likely wont use it again.
