    Slin on my "OFF" day?

    Ok, well my "OFF" days I am off from heavy training but I still go in and do abs/cardio.

    I'm currently doing slin 10ius. When would be the ideal time since I am not training major muscles to run slin on days like these?

    PWO(being that I still train abs and then cardio)? or AM?

    Seriously,I see no need for slin on those days.I simple dex/whey shake would suffice bro.

    You could use AM, as your body will be depleted after your overnight fast.
    This depends on your body type though if you gain BF eaily, i would just stick to PWO, for me with a fast metabolism i use slin AM and PWO, slin works great for me really makes the task of gaining bodyweight much easier.

    I would leave slin out on your non training days, if your gonna use it anyways then go PWO, since slin inhibits fat from being converted into glucose your better off leaving it until the PWO so that your body will still be shedding some fat throughout the day. Although your quite possibly more depleted in the A.M than the P.M on non training days and would benefit more in the A.M, i would just lessen the dose if you use slin PWO on nontraining days, instead of 10iu's go with 6-8iu's.
