Rala, chromium and Vit c on Slin

what is the policy of taking Rala, Chromium and vit c
with your PWO and PPWO meal after Slin (humalog)

is it advisable or are they more likely to make you go Hypo?

perhaps its best to take them during the day and avoid after slin shot?

R-ALA and Chromium both increase insulin sensetivity. I know rodge takes R-ALA throughout the day, and from what I can recall he takes about 200mgs p/day 3 times a day (breakfast, PWO and bed time). I think that's how he takes it, rodge correct me if I am wrong mate.

Vitamin C, well I never take C on it's own, I usually take the slow releasing multi Vs and I usually take more than you should.

gear is correct about my r-ala/chromium uses. as it increases insulin sensetivity i try to counteract the side of hgh wich decreases insulin sensetivity. plus its a very strong anti-oxidant.

i always take 3000mg vitamin c a day for general health purposes. don't see the logic for slin purposes.

but if u consumed them after your workout while taking slin would u require more carbs because of the increased insulin sensitivity?
