    1cc=1ml don't put less in the vial, then if you withdraw .1cc or .1ml that the 10 mark on your insuline needle, you got 1iu... so 4iu is 40 on your insuline needle that base on a 10iu vial...

    did you read what i've wrote??

    if you mix your 10iu vial(jins,soma,geno or else)with 1ml of bac water, you got 10iu in 1ml...on a insuline needle the 10 mark=1iu=.1ml, so slin pin 10mark=1iu so .1ml
    20mark=2iu so .2ml
    30mark=3iu so .3ml

    got it???

    I know it's 10=1iu on a 1cc slin pin but he has 1/2cc pin. I am not sure if that is the same but I wanted to clear that up for BIZZ

    It's the same as far as the markings go, the differance is 1 can only hold a half a cc/ml where the other can hold 1cc/ml
