HGH + IGF-1 precontest, when should i stop using Igf1!?

when i competed last time i droped the GH at Monday and comp was on next Saturday...And that worked good for me, but it was a little bit close. So this time i whant to have a couple more days so i will drop it on Saturday (7 days before).

But this time i also take 80mcg Igf1/day...when should i stop with that? Same time as GH? Because Igf-1 should hold water to the body just like Gh i think...!? Or am i wrong?

You might want to try to PM Webb or IB dmfkr, leave out the space in the second one.

It seems to me that IGF does cause some water retention as i seem to really fill out by the end of the day, a usual day for me my weight fluctuates about 8lb!!!

Stop the LR3 about 3-4 days prior to show time. My good friend did that and said that it worked out great!! He's a heavyweight national competitor so take the advice.
