IGF-1LR3 vs. IGF MGF
Ive been wanting to try IGF for awhile now and have researched alot, yet theres still one question I cant figure out. Most people just put IGF and when I read their results i cant figure out which kind of IGF there using. So my question is which one is more effective and which is more commonly used for site growth ect.

In my findings and in my personal opinion I think their best when used together on just one bodypart. For example shooting MGF and IGF-1 LR3 after every workout in the delts. If going with just one though I'd go with IGF-1 LR3 and expect prolonged excellerated growth.
