novorapid cheak

hie all
so i just bought a box of 5 novorapid insulin in croatia without a prescription in normal pharmacy

just want to be sure that i can use the penfill but i would use the syringe not a pen...

i intend to inject post workout
take some carbs after injection (dextrose + maltodextrose)
15 min after injection protein 80% (50g)
1hr after injection 60g chicken breast + 50/60g rice
and maybe another meal 2hr 30 min after injection

i eat some sweets or chocolate just after injection, because i get stress a lot as i don't want to feel the signs of hypo, as when i was taking the 6iu of actrapid previously i was always stressed and started to get pannic attacks, and i ate lots of sweets and chocolate after the injection.but still never noticed a big weight change

just wanted to know how u guys drink your dex/maltodex and protein shakes ...you sip it slowly over some 5min, or u just put all in in a go?

and if u want eg 60g protein powder, do u weigh it, or u just estimate it?
i take liek 3 spoon of it (like the normal eating spoon)

The 60g of protein the the amount of protein not the weight of the powder. For whey protein 60g's is going to be at least two full scoops.

Take your malto/dex all at once immidietly post injection.

take it all at once post injection.......you body is rocking with that insulin, and super ready to absorb a lot of nutrients.....
