How exactly doe's HGH optimize fat loss?
Does HGH work well for getting rid of that fat that is really hard to get rid of. What I mean is for example dropping from 10% to 7% or lower. It's really hard for me to stay below 10%, I'm guessing genetic factors have something to do with it. Will HGH help alter those genetic factors making it easier to maintain a lower BF percentage? What does HGH do to lower bodyfat?
I would like to hear some success stories from people that have used HGH long term.
Please someone reply that really has experience and a lot of knowledge.
