    for those who have run it, what was your experience.

    I was taking it with HGH. I honestly don't know if it was the HGH or the IGF that gave me the great pumps and strength increase.

    I'm going to be taking it at the end of my cycle by itself. From what I have read it seems to promote more muscle growth, fat loss, and helps to keep the gains made during the cycle.
