    HGH for joint injuries/problems

I'm new here but I have perused the threads for about a month. A little about myself:

I am 31 yo 6' 190lbs with about 16 percent bf. I have been working out for about 6 years now. I did a short cycle of deca 5 years ago (300mg for 10 weeks) but I had a bad experience with it shutting me down and it took a while for me to recover and ever since then I have been all natural. Fast forward and now I'm starting to feel a little older(and wiser). I think with the help of the people on this forum I could juice again and this time hopefully with minimum side effects.

I was thinking about taking HGH because it is supposed to have relatively low side effects and also help rebuild connective tissue. This especially interested me because I have an old nagging ankle injury.

I would appreciate it if anyone who knew about this sort of thing could enlighten me. Thanks alot

I have another thread on here about sports injuries and have been getting some answers that lead me to believe it would be beneficial.

HGH helps with joint and soft tissue recovery. It doesn't happen overnight it takes a while. I hurt my shoulder a while back and it took me about 9 months to come back. Same injury without HGH would have taken me over a year, maybe a year and a half.
