igf1 long r3.....10 vial of 100mcg

i guys,i come back on forum after long time!!..
i'd like to ask some questions about igf1 long r3:
some guys tell that it must be mix with AA...but i thing only for a vial of 1mg...because if i have 10 vial of 100mcg and i use it 50mcg ed i can mix it also with only normal batteriostatic water or normal water for injection?...is it correct my idea???
100mcg for vial i can put mix only with normal batteriostatic water,because i use 50mcg per day,so i finish the vial in 2 days!! is it correct?....i have problem of cnsrvention if i recostruction 100mcg vial and i conserv it in freeze fo 24 hours?

please i hope u can help me about this question....because i can buy 1 kit of 10 vial of 100mcg.......so i thing i can use once vial in 24 hours,because i can use it 50mcg x day!!!is it correct?

i must use IM or subcutan inject?
in the morning of post work out or before workout?
i must eat carbo after the inject?because i can have ipogli***ie?
is it good 20days on and 20 days off...so repeat for other 2o days on?

i asked only info abou igf1 that is new for me!!

i've never seen igf in 100mcg vial. all i have seen is 1mg vial

and either way you can use bw

i used to use it post work out in the muscle i was training that day

Are you refering an IGF from J******IN ?? That comes in 10 vials of 100mcg.
Always you need to use AA to reconstitute it, because it's the best way to maintain stabilized the peptides.
I use it PWO, IM only.
You can take until 100 grs of carbs, and I recomend to you to use it for one month, and rest a same time.

I dont understand this... AA is something like 15$ for 30 ml... Its not a big deal, and if theres 1 percent chance for that AA is better I buy it.

i don't understand bw or aa...because the product has also 10 vials of liquid for recostrution....each vial has your liquid vial for recostrution!!
witch kind of liquid is it with each vial for recostrution?

I use AA to reconstitute the igf-lr3. I just make my own so it's pretty cheap. You can store the igf-lr3 longer if it's in AA. BW or sterile water works fine too if you use it up and don't need to store it.

farsaperla, just use the vials that came with your igf-lr3 to reconstitute it. Don't worry about buying more AA. Don't use igf-lr3 for pre-workout it's best to inject directly into the muscle IMMEDIATELY after a hard workout. For example, I work my biceps until I can't move my arms. Then I go into a stall in the locker room and pin the heads of my biceps while they are still totally pumped. If I wait till I get home, I'll lose some of the pump and the igf-lr3 is less effective. As for the carb, I make a good post workout smoothie or I buy it from the gym and down it right after I workout and pin the igf-lr3.
