Noob question for GH, insulin and IGF1-LR3

HI! I'm a newbie on this topic, I would know who gives you the best results for gain mass/strengh between Gh or IGF1..

Then I want know if isulin is IGF.. or If insulin is another thing..

So simply answer for simply user :D

insulin a complete different thing then igf
insulin is not for newbs it can be very dangerous

So IGF is "another version" of GH?

hgh gives you higher levels of igf, but it also does other stuff.
