Inconsistent IGF Reading with Pharma - Timing or Fake?

I recently found a new source for my Serostim HGH at a fair price (I had been overpaying before). I am 99% sure it is real - or its absolutely the best fake on this planet. Now I just had my BW drawn and my IGF level came back at 244. Using the Serostim before, it came back at 501. There are 2 explanations and this is where I need your help.

Option 1. The Serostim I have now is fake. Keep in mind my IGF came back at 244 - still above the range but well below the prior baseline established before

Option 2. When I did the initial test, i injected 5IU 1 hour before my blood draw and the IGF level came back at 501. This time, I did not inject HGH that morning before my blood draw. I hadn't pinned it since the prior morning where I did my daily dosage of 5IU. My level came back at 244. Will not injecting that morning before my blood draw be cause for a lower reading?

Im no expert in GH, nor in testing for it, but wondering why you didnt test for GH serum.

IGF-1 is produced in liver by action of GH, isnt GH serum a better indication of good or fake serotostim?

As to your question, I really dont know why initial test was at 501 and 2nd test at 244, first logical thought is that its not pure HGH, there are a lot of fakes, but dont really know if other variables would interfere in results.

Free IGF-1 and protein bound have a t/2 of 30-90 minutes and ~16 hours, respectively, and is the best indicator for Growth Hormone activity.

GH measurement is useless in the setting of exogenous administration.
