    First Ever Peptide Log

    OK folks, starting tomorrow I will be counting my calories with MFP doing a 2700 calorie diet;
    250c, 200 p, 100 f.

    I'm currently 245lbs and I want to drop 30 lbs. This is a small deficit and will increase it as my body adapts. I will save cardio for when I hit a plateau with fat loss.

    I will be taking 100mg of Ipam/modGRF before bed ED.
    I will be taking 200mg of PEG-MGF on off days.

    I want to see what the minimum dosage can do before I double the dosage for all three. When of if I double the dosages; Ipam/Mod will be 100mg once in the am and 100mg pre-bed. MGF will be 400mcg . I don't plan on doing more than

    I will be training Dorian Yates HIT style, 4x a week.

    I won't be posting everyday. I will only post when I experience anything, benefits or otherwise.

    Day 1. Thursday night 1/2/20

    I took 100mcg Ipam and 100mcg Mod GRF before bed at 1:30 am.

    In a few minutes I got a strange flushing and tingling affect in my ears and face. This is a typical side effect people have reported, which means my product is good.

    I laid in bed anxiously expecting to get knocked out cold; probably laid there for 45 mins.

    I woke up at few times at night to piss but didn't feel groggy and fell right back into a deep sleep.

    i did wake up lethargic this morning and felt like I was hit by a bus.

    Anyway, so far the sides are telling me this is legit.

    Day 6.

    The this stuff is legit. I heal faster.

    BUT

    I do not FALL asleep well at all. In fact, it seems the ipam/mod combo gives me energy and keeps me up for like an hour. I have to take melatonin. Once I fall a sleep its great, but getting to fall asleep is the problem.

    I did some research into it and people say its the Mod that causes this not the ipam. But I can't separate the two since I bought a blend.

    I'm going to switch to AM injection today to experiment how I feel. Regardless, when I up the dosage I will have to be doing both am and pre bed.

    But its great to have something legit. Everytime I take it i have the sides mentioned; flushed face etc. No question its real.

    I decided to go two shots today.

    AM and post WO, both on empty stomach, which is critical otherwise the peptides will not work in the presence of insulin . Happy to say that each time I shoot i get teh same flush sides

    Tomorrow I will just take PEG MGF and not the ipam/mod rather than doing ipam/mod ED, I give my body a break from it Every two days

    Update. Better sleep not pre-bed injection for reasons I mentioned above. The blend was the issue.

    Update:

    Weight hasn't changed much at all, but I noticed fat coming off the top part of my stomach; probably visceral fat so far and a bit sub. Again, my diet is not aggressive at all being at 2700 calories.

    the peptides still give me the same sides (head rush etc) so no desensitization. I'm flirtigh with the idea of adding LR3 or DES to the mix, but with PEG MGF, this would be an issue as they compete for receptors. I also don't want to add too many peps into the mix otherwise I won't know whats working so I'll probably hold off on the IGF.

    Doubled dose of PEG MGF to 500mcg per day, on every off day.

    Reduced calories to 2500.

    Went to my nieces Bday party and vered off diet a bit, however, despite the scale going up (probably to carb and sugar intake) I am losing fat. The peps are helping me recomp and heal faster that is for sure.

    Current dosing is ipam/mod at 100mcg 3x a day on empty stomach on workout days only; PEG MGF at 500mcg per day on off days only.

    Switched training to match my neurotype; heavy 5x5 or 4x6 per exercise., 4-5 exercises per muscle

    All I can say is peptide sciences is legit. Every time I take them I feel the sides. They are more expensive than other companies and now I see why.

    I'll be starting HGH peptides within the next 2 weeks. And have been doing tons of research. Any updates for the past 2 months.

    Sadly, due to quaratine it ruined everything lol.

    But, I did just get myself a Total Gym off FB market for 100 bux and started up again.

    Same protocol! I'm also currently in contact with John Meadows, to see if he can spice up this non-steroid stack. So I may start an entire new log.
