any time at all.. assuming you're in your mid/late 20's or later.
It's shown to be useful not only for gaining muscle and losing fat, but also to treat crohn's dissease, muscular dystrophy, multiply sclerosis, age related cognitive impairment, and to improve recovery time after an injury or surgery.
The only time you shouldn't run it is if cancer runs in your family. A person using IGF-1 as a supplement that has precancerous or cancerous cells WILL develop a tumor. There's no question about that.
