    IGF and Night sweats?

    I've been on for three days now, and I have been sweating like a pig the last two nights.
    Last time I swewat this much at night I was on fina?

    yeah i sweat a little,but not like a pig.Then again i live in florida and sleep in AC all the time,but your doinga low dose and my dose was double so go figure.Are you carb loading before bed and have a shake ready to go at pee time at night?????Ireally hope you know what your doing or your going to get sick

    I eat about 80 grams of carbs at night right before I go to bed, and I always have a shake mid night. I ussually piss twice at night.

    You can go hypoglycemic quite easily on IGF-1. Definitely not something you want to do, especially at bed time.

    good to know so when I take my igf i will make sure to have a sufficent amount of carbs throughout the day

    I upped my carbs- 100grams before bed and had more at 1am with my shake, Sweats were basically gone.
