i've gotten a lot of mixed feedback about taking insulin lately. why is this? i thought great gains could be made when insulin is taken responsibly and correctly. then i hear people say only the most advanced juicers should think about insulin. i disagree. insulin is different from gear and has to be dealt with differently as well. what do you guys think?
