    My run at LR3 IGF-1

    I did my last injection today, I don't have any numbers but I lost b/f gained lbm and the insulin sensitivity was good. I did do some blood sugar tests after my post w/o shake which has about 75g of dextrose and 25g of protein. They got up as high as 212 thirty minutes after I drank it and as low as 72 two hours after I drank it.

    My upper body is more defined, arms are tight all the time. I loved it and well do it again, I think if you got some experiance with gear you should give it a go at least once.

    Anything that increases LBM and decreases BF is like the holy grail.
    Did you do any blood sugar testing while not on the IGF-1 for a reference...out of curiousity?
    I know you posted it before somewhere, but what were your doses and for how many days?

    I thought I was doing 20mcg but it turns out I was doing 40mcg. As far as the blood test I did do some before and would get down to the 110-120 range 2 hours after. I'll be starting them next week to see the difference if they go back up, which they more then likely will

    Your expierience mimics mine. I injected only into delts, and I am certain that they progressed more even though I did not concentrate on them in my workouts.

    How was your dosing schedule so that you got 5 weeks out of 1mg? Did you only inj on workout days?

    Did You 20 Mcg In Morning And 20 At Night Or All At Once.....
    and did you use bsw with each

    were you shooting bilaterally, or one side at a time because you were only injecting in the delts?

    Yes it was in BA, I used sterile water that I had from my HGH, you can use either 1
