Ok..the first time I ran it I did one shot in the morning when I woke up...I've read that after a workout is the best time to take IGF...but I dont wanna screw up my GH for sleep time....I would prob. shot at about 6-7 PM. and bedtime it 10 PM should I just keep shotting in the morn.???

My first cycle,I ran 30 mcgs in the morning and 30 p/wo.I had great results!Next cycle I'll be trying p/wo only to compare the difference.
