    Hgh and catabolism

    How effective can the hgh be against catabolism? In a pre-contest diet without aas, would it be effective to preserve lean mass?

    For the money it not worth it, if you notice all pros up the dose of hgh during their dieting stage. I should say the ones that have said what they do.
