what do you guys think?
Actually, this is for next year, just want to get everything in my body back to normal until then. got to save up, but what do you guys think.
Next cycle:
1) HGH - 5iu/ 5 on,2 off/ weeks 1-34
2) T3- 25-50mcg ( note- watch temp, run with clen )
3) Clen- 80-100mcg/ broken down 3x day, 2 weeks on/off/ weeks 14-26
4) Test prop- 100mg/ eod/ weeks 4-14 and 26-34
5) Ox- 25mg/ wk/ weeks 4-12 and 26-34
6) Deca - 300mg/ wk/ 4-14 and 26-34
7) Clomid- 100mg/ ed/ weeks 14-16 and 34-36
Arimidex to help with water retention and gyno if any.
Stats are as of right now
26 years old- 5’5” 152lbs at 10%bf - 5 cycles under my belt
goals are 170’s at 5-6% bf with a significant increased strength. Also looking for long lasting or permenent gains. Don’t want to be to huge like 170’s is big, lol.

It's nice to plan ahead....
If you really want to use prop, even though that'll be your only ED or EOD shot (i.e. no tren ), you should run it 3 weeks past the deca in each case.....which brings me to the deca. You may want to swap it out for EQ in the 2nd cycle...nice consistent, long-lived gains. After a cycle with deca, your clomid pct should begin 3 weeks past the last deca shot, during which time you can continue with prop. Also following a deca cycle, you may want to do a bit heftier pct (like day 1=300mg, dz 2-11=150mgs, dz 12-21=100 or 50mgs). It depends on how you recover...you know yourself better than I will. Get some nolva too for both during your cycle and during pct.
I don't know what you mean by "ox". Anavar ? Oxyflux (you already have clen )?

i had bad experience with eq, the stuff thins my hair like crazy for some reason, that is why i choose the prop, i try and stay away from it. the ox is anavar . so einstein, you think i should run the prop a few more weeks past the deca , why is that. you are right though about the clomid too, should taper it like that, but why should i run it a few weeks after the last shot of deca and not the prop out of curiosity. I was thinking of switching the prop to enth, do you think i would beable to cut down of the water retention if i use nolv and/or arimidex

ok man,revised the plan a little bit more, now does it look better.here it is.

4) Test enth- 500mg/ wk/ weeks 5-15 and 25-35
5) Anavar - 40mg/ wk/ weeks 4-10 and 26-32
6) Deca - 300mg/ wk/ weeks 4-12 and 26-32
7) Clomid- 1=300mg, dz 2-11=150mgs, dz 12-21=100/ weeks 16-19 and 36-39
Arimidex /nolvadex to help with water retention and gyno if any.

Also, weight is not always the best indication of size. I've seen people who haven't lifted a weight in their life and are 215 lb, and these peopel aren't even fat. On the other hand, one of the biggest guys I have ever seen is only 200 lb on the dot.

I have bben liftingting scice age 14, just never a big guy, when i am on a cycle, i get up to about 180 with a little bit of effeort, but will have a tendecy to go back to my normal weight, may be a few pounds heavier, plus had a few surgey that set me back. Plus when i am at 180, not the most cut, so going to resort to gh in hopes i get gains that will last.
