okay, i know the basics: 3x(grams) your body weight(lbs.) worth of protein at least. enough carbs to keep you out of hypo. but what about fat? should i avoid it post injection only but consume it other times? (not sure b/c of igf-1's effects on insulin.)
typically when i eat, i have low fat complex carbs with low fat protein meals or moderate to high fat and protein without carbs meals. the idea is to keep insulin out of the equation when i eat my fats. what do you think?
