I think a big misconception is that winstrol alone is for cutting. Actually, you can get cut whule taking winstrol, but its your diet that will determine this. Remember, the base for ANY cycle is test, so be sure to throw some form of test into your equation.Also, unless you are really educated on insulin, it is very easy to gain fat while on it so be careful.
What will the best diet for this be to lose fat or just to gain muscle and not fat? Just if anyone could help with a Sample day of what to eat.
you need sufficient calories to gain muscle, but if you are worried about gaining a lot of fat, try to eat lean and stay away from really fatty foods. GEt enough protein also.
