    True or not?

I found this on the net, I was wondering if its true or not...

"The abdomen is the preferred site for insulin injection, but the sites of injection must be rotated in order to prevent erosion of the fat beneath the skin, a condition called lipodystrophy"

Many of my patients use a body part a day...abdomen, then each leg, each arm...the abdomen can actually be divided up into 4 or more sections.

the abdomen is the fastest insulin absorption injection site.
tricep area being the 2nd quickest absorption spot. legs and buttocks are mainly suppost to be used for slow acting insulins
fast acting insulins such as the popular humalog, should be injected in the stomach area. it's a large range of injection spot in the abdomen.
humalog = post workout abdomen injection for best absorption results
