Injured biceps
Hey all.
I trained biceps heavily yesterday after my usual back routine. Normal routine, nothing I haven't done before. Anyway, no pain during my workout.
I woke up this morning and I could barely straighten both arms. I have a real pain right at the elbow/bend. I'm not the expert but it feels almost like I've hurt the tendons. Movement is fine through most of the motion, it's just when it gets close to being straightened out that I get a lot of pain. It feels very tight.
Suggestions here? I've not experienced this before!

Ibuprofen, ice and let it rest for a week to see how it feels. I get that when I use dumbbells and I let my palms rotate in when I go down. Keep the palms pointing out and it seems to be better.

The pain has virtually gone now buddy. I kept icing it and stretching out, I left Bicep out of my workout yesterday, I figured I'll give them just a little longer. Just to be safe.
Thanks buddy!

First 48 hours since injury do ice packs( i am using frozen corn ) 4-5times a day 15-20min. Then I would use warm pack.
Every 4hour ibuprofen 400mg/with meal!
Get some cream and massage it few times a day.
