    sore calcaneofibular ligament (help please)

August 31st last year i snapped my tibia and fibula clean in half. Im back up and walking and have noticed i have alot of pain where i would imagine the calcaneofibular ligament to be. Ive been walking for a good 5-6 weeks now. Can anyone explain what this pain might be?

There's no way to accurately diagnose based on your description. Looks like it's time for an x-ray or MRI. Best of luck man.

How so? Looking at the anatomy of the ankle, there isn't really alot going on there. Seems like its mostly bone, pretty sure its the calcaneofibular ligament because i RICEd it yesterday and took anti enflamitories and today its heeeeeeaaaaaps better. Im just gonna continue to RICE it and see if it sorts itself out.
