    Cramps

Keep getting lock up cramps in crook of my arms where bicep n forearms meet

Always on bicep work and often on back work...drink as much as i can at the gym...22oz in my shake including ice after workouts. ..not a whole lot of liquid intake always during the dest of the day

But it just doesn't seem like a hydration issue but i have no clue...

    Any advice/tips..???

    Appreciate

Yeh....i have a doctors appointment and will bring it up....i was taking potassium pills that were prescribed to my wife then started taking magnesium...had to stop postassium because she needed them

just really frustrating....a moderate back workout yesterday and no direct bicep workout and i my left arm locked up last night and now more sore from the cramp....they usually want to cramp up after arm day but now even just from back work...also had a few cramps but not lock ups in my right lat

Really odd. Has to be some type of deficiency I would think. But I would definitely be increasing water intake before your workout to see if that improves it a bit.

    No clen

125mg test and .5 arimidex per week (trt)(same for years)

Really cant say i train anything real hard just really trt to maintain hoping gradual calorie reductions over time will take down body fat ...i probably did over train arms sometimes on separate days i might have done 9 sets bis & 9sets tris and lately reduced that to 6 & 6 and still would cramp later that night

Now no direct arm work and 12 sets moderate back yesterday and got locked up
