What is the best way to heal my injuries?

Hey guys... life long martial artist here. Had some shoulder problems for the last 6 years and doctors refuse to give me surgery saying my injuries are not severe enough.

I've done an X-MRI done and these were the results

Its been a hell of a time trying to wrestle and preform 100% with these shoulders always getting reinjured. And worrying about potential injuries.
Also my shoulders start aching with pain when I do overhead presses and handstand pushups.

I've already been doing light weight exercises and I stretch all the time.
Is there a steroid injection I can take?

    Need a solution

    Thanks guys

I agree with your MD, there is nothing there that warrants surgery based on those findings. Bilateral shoulder pain is indicative of overuse type injuries typically. Very common in the athletic types, with constant useage and lack of rest. Believe me, you do not want shoulder surgery. It is by far one of the worst and difficult to rehab from. I had two in my very early 20’s and took a year to rehab them back for each.
