    Anybody ever had this problem?

I was doing Close Grip Bench yesterday and everything went as usual. However, when I got home, my wrists (the joints) are very sore. This soreness progressively worsened until today. Still hurts, and any pressure on them is very painful. I don't cycle or anything and my dad said this is normal, but it has never happened before...thanks for the input...PEACE...

    skull krushers...suicide grip

lie on your back with a barbell above your head (bent bar) grab at shoulder width and perform similar to the tricep extension movement....

close grip with elbows out ? or in....

in will help, out will hurt.

    imo don't do it again.

Suicide grip is when you put your thumb on the same side of the bar as the rest of your fingers so the bar is only resting on your palms.

Also, don't go to close on close-grip. I never go farther than shoulder width, otherwise you are in a really awkward position to force. Make sure you keep your elbows tucked in.

try wrist wraps, they help alot, and make sure you are not putting your grip to close.
