Thank you very much for adding this thread
Ho man i have been cought with back pain for over 3 years now. AFter going all out on the squat 500 pounds and deadlifts 305 pounds.
My pelvic needed to be reajusted and i went to see 2 chiros that i would lovely kill with my bare hands today cause they got me worst.
After a year and a half i was lucky to find an osteopath that re-adjusted my pelvic, but the muscles where pertty weakened out so the pain stayed in the muscles and my posture was horrible.
I have since then been working on posture and did everything, massages, accupuncture, physio, and more.
I finally found a good physio that works posture and am getting better day by day.
Everyone should shoot for correct forms when training and i do understand the urge we all have to life heavy but beleive me if it can avoid getting injured its better to lift lighter weights.
Life has been hell for over 3 years, i cant run nor do anything that creates impacts.
Last step is to lose has much weight has i can at 5 feet 10 and a very small boneframe of 7 inches wrist i have been told to lose 20 pounds and more since i weight in 200 pounds.
What is even worst is that my total bodyfat is quit low around 12%.
I will keep you guys posted and if i can help someone out that has back pain or lower back pain i will try.

Well many injuries to the same muscles, or body part can have so many causes.
I have consulted many so called specialist and they all add different opinion.
Plus many people dont know what back pain is till they get it.
