Yesterday was my chest day, I noticed that my shoulders hurt when I was bench pressing and doing flyes, it was more noticeable with flyes. Does anyone know what can it be ??? I did a pretty heavy shoulder workout on thursday last week, could it be related ??? I didn't feel any pain today when I was working on my back. Everything else seems to be fine, I don't feel any pain when I move my arms in the full range of motion.
