    discomfort under armpit

    i have a slight discomfort under my left arm pit it is not to bad now but i dont want to take the chance and possibly have a serious injury does anyone know what couuld have caused this? i am going to assume it may have been from some dumbell flies that i did last week. by the way its not effecting my strength.thanks for any input.

    possibly the flyes.mild pec major/minor strain. do you have any numbnes in your arm or hand?i f not , i would say you are good to go.
