out of commision for a bit

today at work i was putting some freshly made sauces on the top shelf in the walk in cooler (im a chef) and for some reason i dislocated my right shoulder!! it was straight up and pushin in the sauces when i felt a real bad pain and then SNAP CRACKLE POP and F#CK!! luckely my roomate/workout partner, who happens to be goin to school to be a nurse popped it back in. now the sauces only weigh 25 pounds, i usually shoulder press 95 pounds for 4 sets after a warm up set, now im not sayin im strong in any sense, but there should be no reason for this to happen right?? now the thing is i just started this job and i dont have health insurance and i feel like a puss for goin to my kitchen manager and sayin i dislocated my shoulder in the walk in. anyone have any tips on how to help rehabilitate it at home?? any advice would be appreciated. thanx
