Why does the spams keep coming back (Doc Sust any help?)
I have been battling back pain for more then 4 years now.
I got x rays my disks are fine, but each live with the pain each day.
I have been doing a lot to get rid of this but each time the pain comes back the spams has well, its always between the homolathes and on the right side of the lower back.
Last night i did some shadow boxing and has soon has i finished the pain came back?
I am cracking all over i dont know if its good or not, each time the pains comes i sort of crack myself to feel better.
Walking is good, my hamstrings are getting stronger and so must be my lower abs, i strech the quads each day and the chest front deltoid has well.
I am just wondering if i will ever see the end of all this, i am discouraged a lot and dont want to live the rest of my life like this.
Is this posture related what else could it be? I am over doing the exercices?

Thanks Doc once again for your help here it is.
Cardio wise, i dropped the running, i tried the elliptic the other day and it felt quit great, will try to hit that 20 minutes 3 times a day.
I walk a lot has you told me too has well, i try to get out there and walk at least for 30-60 minutes a day total, this meaning at my job has well.
I dont train often with weights maybe 1 to 2 times a week and sometimes its more like 1 time in 2 weeks.
I train my back has you told me to 2 sets of close pulley rows, 2 sets of hammer rows, 2 sets of triangle pulldown, and i decided to cut it there not do to much.
I train the rear deltoid, with reverse peck deck, and bent lateral raise, 2 sets each of 10reps.
I train the hamstring with lying leg curls, and seated leg curls again 2 sets of 10 reps each time.
I strech each day sometimes up to 5 times a day.
I press my head against a wall and push it for 3 sets of 15 seconds, then i grab the back of my head and pull it toward my chest, to get my chin in my chest this give me great relief and a good strech has well, i do this 3 sets of 30 seconds, both of theses i do several times a day.
I have the rear deltoid exercise i do with the elastic band, and the pulley row again with the elastic band, i do 2 set of each, very slow reps and no more then 10-12 reps.
I cant say i am not working at this, i am doing all that is said each day.
My father is not feeling well has you know so this puts a lot of stress on my body and i think a lot about all this shit, man each time i see him i just go to the bathroom to cry, no one should deserve to die like this.
I have to say that my mother has shown me courage cause she deals with this each day, seeing my father getting smaller and weaker each day, being sick and throwing up has soon has he eats and telling her that he is ready to die now.
Happy new year Doc, i know that when my father is dead i will honor him, for is courage and for what he has tought me in this life.

try a chiropractor, my sacrum and pelvis are 2 mm or so lower on my left side and it really starts throwing off my hips and causes a lot of problems in my groin-once I started seeing a chiropractor, that subsided and gave all my tensed muscles immediate relaxtion- im hooked

If you are in southern Ontario call the founder S.W.I.S (Dr. K. Kinekin) He is located in Missisauga. I had really bad shoulders from Baseball, Swimming (Butterfly Stroke) and would spasm and never really go away. I went to see him and found it was scar tissue build up from all the previous injuries that would swell. He broke it of the muscle with an active release therapy and now has been over a year without problems.
P.S. S.W.I.S means "society of weight injury specialists"

Thank you very much for the information maybe someone else who would be in your area could benefit from theses treatments.
I got injured true squatting and deadlifting with very bad forms, my pelvic is getting better and my upper back has well, will give it another good 2 months of exercices and streching and doc said i should see good results.
