    Could I have cracked my ribs?

    Last Monday, I was doing legs at the gym. I was on the leg sled and was doing like 10 plates on each side. On one of my reps, my right leg seems to have pressed really hard against my ribs. (You know how you bring your knees to your chest.) Well, I must have been not positioned properly or something because god damnit! My lower part of the right side of my ribs are tender as hell.
    I have never injured my ribs, so I don't know what a crack or break feels like. Could I have cracked them? What do rib injuries feel like?
    Maybe I'm just being a pussy? Any advice?

    if it was a broken rib, there is nothing that can be done. you will heal in time, there are no braces for this injury, even if it isn't a break, and its just a pull, all you can do is ice and rest. i am sure it hurts when you laugh or sneeze
