B5....No More Back Acne!!!
I took B5 in the past and it worked but just gave me diarhea, so i stopped taking it, i wasn't eating enough either.
I have been taking it for the past week at 6grams a day, thats 4 500mg pills in the morning, lunch and night time. A total of 12 pills a day. My back is drying up and lookin great, as long as i keep my appetite up, no diarhea. My back was broken out pretty bad but it looks perfect now, my self esteem is really good now to take my shirt off and not worry about acne on my back and which one to pop next........LMAO
Hope this helps you guys with Back acne or any acne for that matter.Last edited by Anabolic CEO; 01-19-2006 at 11:19 AM. Reason: The caps in the title were all messed up.

It is.. for acne use B5. It is different.. I actually just started on B5 today.. I am doing 2 grams per day. It is suppose to help for ALL Acne, plus help control your Lipid profile and even give relief of joint problems at 2 grams?? We shall see

Hey, is it ok to take B6 at 200mgs per day AND b5 to help combat bacne during cycle at 2 grams per day? I wonder if that is safe.

^Im sorry to say that I dont know where the post is...but someone posted an article showing that B6 in excess of 100mg causes nerve damage...I think DSM4life might have been the one I saw post it...or Mesomorphyl...

Ive heard something along those lines. But ive heard really anything over 200mgs per day is not good. They say it can alter your motor functioning, damage nerves, but this is all temproary. When the B6 is out of your system these go away. Ive read right around 400mg's per day will do this to you. Ive had no problems at 200mgs but who knows cus if ya cant feel it doesnt mean there is nothing wrong.

I would like to hear what Johan says.. he comes up with the best references I think.. I have been taking B6 for a while at 300mg a day.. sure I can't feel my legs anymore but no gyno.. hahaha.. just kidding I have had no problems but again I do not know what would happen..
I am starting on B5 @ 2grams ed according to all I have read helps with several things listed above plus I will take 100mg of B6 ed unless I feel some itching in my nips and I will bump to 300ed for a week or so and see how it goes..
this is on top of my 15 grams of VitC.
the things I worry about more is things like VitA and other Fat soluble vitamins that can build up in your system over time when taking high doses and cause issues.
