    AC joint injury

I got a type 3 AC shoulder joint injury while snowboarding a few weeks ago. Which means I completely tore all 3 tendons that hold my clavicle down. I am scheduled for surgery in a few weeks. It is killing me not to do upper body. Is there any exercises that I can do? How about any rehab exer. before my surgery?

Right in the middle of my cycle too.

I had the same thing happen to me 15 years ago. Dirt bike accident for me. I chose not to get surgery. I live with my bone sticking up. Makes my traps a bit different in sizes. I wouldn't mess with it, you'll do more damage.

I was afraid you would say that. Same thing my ortho said. I guess it's leg, abs, and cardio for the next three months
How long did it take to get your strength back without surgery?
