    pl'se help me figure the source of b/pain

    I woke up four days ago with a bad backpain. I can't recalled exactly how I got this pain but I'm thinking I got it while doing incline bench press. can someone correct me if its possible to get backpain from incline bench press.

    anything is possible...try to stretch...take some anti inflamatory drugs...ibuprofen if you have to(it inhibits gains)...drink lots of water(may be a kidney stone) ice/heat...see your md if it persists...

    I eat Norco's like popcorn...

    Come on man, how about a little bit more info. How can you expect a diagnosis when all you have said is "I have back pain."

    best thing you can do is ice it for the first 24/48 hrs to reduce inflammation then heat for healing after 48 hrs

    it would have been great if it was paining from the outside but it seem like it is an internal pain.....it feels almost like i had something swollen from the inside....any thoughts 'll be preciated.

    Feels swollen? So it is a dull ache?

    Massage all glute muscles (minimus, medius, maximus) and piriformis muscle. Apply deep pressure and stretch a few times a day. Treat both sides equally.
